• For monthly service, we prefer machines that have already passed the warranty period, or those that are new but the original supplier did not provide effective and timely service.
• In this service, you don't have to worry about time limits. You can ask us questions at any time during our working hours, and we promise to respond to your questions within half an hour.
• If you encounter a more difficult problem, we will most likely be able to help you solve it on the same day. But the premise is that we need you and the machine to be together and provide more timely feedback.
• Many customers are entangled in parameter issues, because it usually takes 1-2 hours or even longer to find a parameter of their own. Paying by the hour is not cost-effective. The monthly service can help you find many of your own parameters without adding extra expenses.
• Our working hours are from 3pm to 9pm (Beijing time), and we are closed on weekends and holidays. This time period can cover most of the customers, especially if the customers in America wake up a little earlier.
• Payment is made monthly, service starting at the moment the payment is completed and ending at 0:00 on the day 30 days later.
• The smallest unit of time is the month, which cannot be divided into days. It supports one-time purchase of multiple months.
• What is special is that this service is limited to WeChat and is presented in a group format. That is, all customers of the month will be in a group, and our engineers will also handle issues one-on-one in the group. The advantage of the group is that all customers can share problems and solutions, and can help each other during the engineers' non-working hours
