We will charge you on the following situations:

• I bought a new laser machine (whether it is a new or second-hand machine), the original supplier refuses to provide services, and I don't know anything about this machine;
• I have a laser problem with my machine, but I can’t figure out what is going wrong;
• I want to find the parameters suitable for my machine.
• It's an emergency!

Before paying, please read the following terms first, so as not to affect your future services.

The smallest unit of time is the hour, which cannot be divided into minutes. It supports one-time purchase of multiple hours, and can support more refunds and less compensation.

Within a unit hour, according to the needs of customers, it can be paused once, and the single pause should not be longer than 10 minutes. Overtime will be billed as normal.

We promise that the time for a single service will not be shorter than the length of time specified by the customer.

We suggest that you sort out your questions and send them to us in advance, so that we can make targeted solutions and avoid wasting time for basic information.

The form of service can be video call, text communication and so on. Communication tools can be Messenger, WhatsApp, WeChat, FaceTime, Telegram...
